from anywhere.
My Contributions
I have conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users that I’m designing for and their needs.

A primary group identified through research was students who need discount on booking movie ticket prices.

The user group gave their feedback about not having discount offers on ticket prices, and not having easy booking procedure in app.
