User research: summary
Our user research initially assumed our audience was primarily environmentally conscious consumers. However, through surveys and interviews, we discovered a broader range of motivations, including fashion-forward individuals. This insight prompted us to expand our product offerings and refine our messaging to better meet diverse user needs.
